Christian Formation at BCOB
The Great Commandment of Jesus calls all of us to “love the Lord your God with all of your heart, soul, mind and strength” and “your neighbor as yourself.” Christian Formation is the process of being shaped in the image of Jesus by the gracious working of God’s Spirit, for the transformation of the world. The Baptist Church of Beaufort seeks to assist individuals in this process by providing opportunities to experience God’s love and grace through transformational teaching and authentic Christian communities.
We are formed into the image of Jesus through everything we do: Bible studies, mission trips, volunteer ministry, committee work, school and work. The two primary small group opportunities at The Baptist Church include:
• 10:10 Bible Study Groups
• Wednesday Nights
